Canada’s Koodo Mobile is going for existing WIND customers, offering them a $200 credit if they switch to Koodo. It’s not like you’ll get all that cash right away — rather, it will be spread out over 10 consecutive months.
We don’t have Koodo’s figures since they’re merged with TELUS, but we do know WIND has recently crossed half a million subscribers with plans to surpass 600,000 by the end of the year.
Finally, it’s worth adding that this is a weekend only promotion, taking place from September 28th to 30th so if you’re not completely satisfied with WIND, perhaps it’s time to switch boats. $200 divided by 10 months doesn’t sound that much but then again – does WIND offer something better?
