Acer unveiled new Windows 8 tablet – Iconia W700. The device comes with an impressive 11.6-inch full HD 1920×1080 pixels touchscreen, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of SSD storage, Wi-Fi connectivity, while Intel Core i3 or Core i4 (Ivy Bridge) CPUs provide the processing power needed to run things smoothly. In addition, the W700 also comes with a cradle that can be used as a docking station for using the tablet PC in a dedicated spot. Pretty cool though as I’m writing this, we’re not sure how much Acer will ask for such a device. It looks like a premium product — especially the version with the Core i5 processor — and in that sense I’m not sure Acer will actually sell a ton of these. I may be wrong, you never really know. We’ll let you know if we hear something new on this. Stay tuned and in the meantime, check out few additional renders of the Acer Iconia W700.
