British phone retailer Phones4u is offering the decent HTC Radar for just 79.95 GBP (about $128). As I’m writing this, the deal isn’t available online — it costs 99.GBP at Phones4u’s website — and you’ll rather have to visit a local Phones4u store to get it. Moreover, we’re not sure whether it’s available across the board as it could be limited to some areas, only. Still, nothing stops you from visiting the city center and see if you can really get this particular Windows Phone for this low price.
