The latest cool Kickstarter project we caught is called iMpulse. It’s a super small wireless controller for mobile devices, that also doubles as a key finder if you use it as a keychain. Moreover, iMpulse can also be used as a media controller, and for remotely activating your phone/tablet’s camera (so called iSNAP functionality).

As you can imagine, this accessory connects to your mobile device via Bluetooth to make the magic happen. It can already work with hundreds of iOS and Android games and the team behind iMpulse is constantly adding support for more games.

And here’s the best part – two iMpulse controllers can work on a single device. This means that two players can go head-to-head on the same screen, and if you connect your device to a TV – you get something awesome. The Android emulators are already compatible and two player games are on the way for iOS.

Yeah, you want one for yourself. In order to secure your iMpulse unit, you’ll have to pour out $30 which is a pretty good deal. Check out the video below if you need more convincing. ;)

I refuse to donating $$$$ to the kick starter,  they are scammers since dont have the offical U.S. patent certification.

Uh…you really don’t need patents for these kind of things. I’ve done many similar projects at Uni with potentiometer and a micro controllers. Really, you can make yourself a cheap 15$ game controller, not as ergonomic nor have that vibration feedback, but works.
