Brief Mobile released a short video clip that allegedly shows off the 10-inch Google Nexus tablet. Samsung  is supposedly the manufacturer of the Android 4.2 device, which is rumored to include a Samsung Exynos 5250, Cortex A15 dual-core processor clocked at 1.7GHz,. The leak also suggests the device will ship with 2GB of RAM, a 10.1-inch display with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels, 16 GB of internal storage, GPS and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. Connectivity options may include NFC, WiFi, and Bluetooth 4.0.

Google was expected to unveil Android 4.2 and its new line of Nexus devices at an event in New York City today. The event has been cancelled due to Hurricane Sandy. While we wait for Google to re-schedule its announcement event, you can check out the video below and get a glimpse at one of the devices Google may unveil in the very near future.
