Verizon's 5-inch 1080p HTC superphone to be called DROID DNA?

We’ve been telling you about Verizon Wireless’ upcoming HTC superphone with a 5-inch 1080p screen for quite some time now. And now we think we know how it will be called; at its support page, the carrier lists still unannounced device marked as HTC DROID DNA (model number ADR6435). Droid-Life thinks this is how the Big Red operator will call HTC’s device and we tend to believe them.

As for the release date, all we know is mid-November, so we’re sure an additional detail or two will pop-up in the next few days. If I had to guess, we should expect Qualcomm’s Snapdragon S4 Pro under the hood, as well as 2GB of RAM, 3G/4G (LTE) connectivity, 8+ megapixel camera on the back and so on. Stay tuned as we bring you more…
