Motorola is bringing RAZR HD to Mexico where it’s unveiled as the first 4G LTE smartphone available in the country. The powerful device is offered by Telcel, which is running a promotion until November 21st, offering the RAZR HD for free on a two-year contract with Telcel 1000 Plus Plan.
Aside from 4G radio, the DROID RAZR HD also comes with a 4.7-inch Super AMOLED 720p HD (1280×720 pixels) screen, 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, dual cameras (8MP main and 1.3MP front-facing one), 16GB of built-in storage, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and the grip-friendly Kevlar fiber on the back. Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich is running the show with Jelly bean update coming later in the year.
