Scoring the Nexus 4 deal with Google may be a big win for LG but they don’t want to stop there. Quite the contrary, the Korean company is also looking to enter the nascent market of smartphones with 1080p HD screens. Such a device, marked as LG F240K, has been caught at GLBenchmark and from there we learn that it will also rock Qualcomm’s Snapdragon S4 Pro quad-core chip (most likely clocked at 1.5GHz) with Adreno 320 graphics.

Unfortunately, the benchmark site doesn’t tell us anything about the release date and the rest of the specs, and we’ll rather have to look for further leaks for additional information. All said, the chances are good that the forthcoming CES in Las Vegas and Mobile World Congress in Barcelona will be great events, with many new high-end phones unveiled by major companies. We’ll let you know the second we hear something new on this…
