Sprint rolls out 4G LTE to Boston, Austin and more

Sprint continues the gradual rollout of its 4G LTE network. The carrier confirmed in a press release that it is lighting up LTE in the following locations:

  • Boston, Mass
  • Framingham, Mass
  • Austin, Texas
  • College Station/Bryan, Texas
  • Columbia, Tenn.
  • Emporia, Kan.
  • Fort Wayne, Ind.
  • Gettysburg, Pa.
  • Western Puerto Rico (including Aguadilla, Isabela, Cabo Rojo, Mayagüez).

Sprint expects to complete the nationwide rollout of 4G LTE by the end of 2013. Customers can visit Sprint’s website for more information on the carrier’s 4G LTE network.

    Uhh how about NY. You know the city that never sleeps? we never got a good shot at 4G and i feel like were never gana see LTE.

    They already officially launched Boston so I guess this time around it’s “for real.”
