Nokia RM-914 has been spotted at the FCC’s website and according to Engadget this is the brand new Lumia 520. They reached to that conclusion after checking out at FCC’s Indonesian counterpart POSTEL, which also had a chance to play with Nokia’s entry-level Windows Phone device.

As you probably already know, the Lumia 520 is quite an amazing smartphone, offering so much for so little (cash). It rocks a dual-core processor clocked at 1Ghz, 4-inch WVGA IPS screen, 3G and Wi-Fi connectivity, 1,430 mAh battery, and the price tag of just $180. Yes, that’s *without* any contracts to sign. That said, we think the Finns could make a big splash with this little fella’ as it can help it reach new customers… you know the folks who can’t or don’t want to pay a “smartphone premium”… We’ll see how that goes and in the meantime you are free to go through Lumia 520′s docs at FCC from here.
