BlackBerry 10 tells your BBM buddies when you’re watching porn

Your brand new BlackBerry Z10 is by default telling your BBM contacts what you’re listening and watching. While that can be cool, it can also be dangerous as you may not want to tell everyone when you’re watching some NSFW material. Everything’s cool as long as you’re visiting YouTube, but once “Tube” is turned into “Porn” (or you visit some other website with such material), your life could potentially change in a dramatic way.

Worry not my friend, there’s an easy way to turn off this nasty feature and keep enjoying watching everything you want while on the go. Simply visit the BBM settings screen and toggle “show what I’m listening to.” You’re now back in the “safe zone” and no one can sue you for the clips you’re watching. 😉

Now that I’m thinking, it’s kinda strange that a single option applies both for videos and music…
