Aside from the fancy Ascend P6 (or just P6, we’re still not sure), Huawei is also preparing to launch the third generation of its Honor smartphone at some point in June. We’re not sure whether this device will also be announced alongside the P6 (at the “Beauty” event), but we’re pretty confident it will cost less money than its fancier brother.
And while we have yet to get the full specs sheet, we’re hearing that the Honor 3 will boast an unbreakable body (most likely made out of aluminum) that will also make it water and dust proof. That’s pretty cool, but if it doesn’t rock a fast processor, I’m not sure we’ll be that much interested.
We’re hoping to get more information in the near future. In the meantime, let me remind you that the Honor 2 had a limited success which is arguably attributed to Huawei’s poor distribution. We’re hoping that this time they’ll be shooting at all cylinders, making the Honor 3 available all around the world. We’ll get back to you as soon as we get new details. Stay tuned…
