Lenovo is out with a new smartphone, and it’s a powerful addition to their portfolio. The new Vibe Z has all the components of a super-phone (or that’s a super-phablet), boasting a 5.5-inch full HD screen, Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core chip and a 13-megapixel camera with dual LED flash on the back. In addition, the Chinese company will also offer a smart cover of sort that reveals only bits of information when not used.

The device will be available in multiple versions, supporting different networks in China. One model will rock WCDMA 3G connectivity, another CDMA2000 + GSM (for China Telecom) and there will also be an international variant with LTE connectivity support.

Lenovo China’s website will soon start taking pre-orders but we’re still unaware when (or that’s if) the Vibe Z will hit the Western hemisphere. We’ll let you know when we hear something on that front…
