Motorola is all set to officially announce the Moto E, which will be even more affordable than the widely popular Moto G.
From what we’ve heard, this model will pack a 4.3-inch screen, 1.2Ghz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon chip, 1GB of RAM, 5-megapixel camera on the back, 1GB of RAM and 4GB of expandable storage. Android 4.4 KitKat is running the show.
The E will be available in few color options, including Turquoise and Lemon, though at this stage we’re not sure whether users will be able to further customize the phone to their liking. We would assume that Moto Maker will remain in place for users in some parts of the world, whereas the rest of us will have to settle with off-the-shelf covers. That was the case with the Moto X, and will likely remain the same with Moto E.
Anyhow, the Moto E will be officially announced on Tuesday, May 13th. We’ll bring you additional details as we get ’em. Stay tuned…
