eTna mobile phone concept plugs into wall-charger, literally

eTna mobile phone concept plugs right into wall charger

This is definitely an interesting concept, the way concepts were meant to be – an innovative new idea rather than a device packed with the highest-tech out there. The screen of the eTna is small, as is the keypad, and the media keys are huge. But if you look closely, you’ll see a gaping hole in the middle of the eTna – meant to house the wall charger.

Apparently, the eTna’s claim to fame is the way it re-charges it’s battery. There’s no cord or charging cable needed – just plug your wall-charger into the wall and stick the eTna right onto the “charging stub.”

Different? Sure. Likely to be produced? Not a chance. Still, we love seeing truly innovative ideas like this.
