The Versace Unique — which is a product of collaboration between LG, ModeLabs and Versace — is heading to India where it will be available for 450,000 INR which is a whopping $9,964!
Somehow we’re not surprised with the hefty price tag considering it’s Versace we’re talking about here. Moreover, we know the Unique is made out of super-expensive materials such as 18K gold, ceramic, stainless steel, crocodile leather (on the back), and sapphire crystal (the display) — all of which clearly say – “this phone isn’t made for an average Joe.”
Specs wise, Versace’s baby comes with a 3G radio, 5-megapixel camera, Dolby Mobile sound, media player, Bluetooth and so on. But as we all know, it’s not about specs here – rather it’s about luxury and prestige. Those who want the features – buy smartphones. Those with tons of money and the “show off” attitude, go for the feature-less devices dipped in gold and other precious metals, right?
