Nokia has released a new firmware update for now kinda old Nokia N95 smartphone. The firmware version 31.0.017 comes a month after the previous upgrade (31.0.014) and features minor updates to the device. When I say “minor updates,” I’m saying not a major feature has been spotted and since the version number is only “003” away from the previous update, I guess it’s a bug fixing release. In addition, it’s fair to add we still don’t have a change log, hence we’re not sure what exactly has been improved.
As always, we advise you to keep your firmware up to date. Simple start Nokia Software Updater and take it from there.
As a sidenote, I don’t quite understand Nokia for abandoning the Nokia N95-3 model, which is the N95 designed for the U.S. market. Its firmware version is still 20.2.011 and those that bought it must feel like suckers. 🙁
