We’ve already seen the Samsung R470 passing the FCC hurdle and then we knew it’s coming to U.S. Cellular at some point in the future. The device is now officially announced by Samsung, meaning it should (if it already hasn’t) hit U.S. Cellular’s offering within days — although pricing and availability details were not disclosed.

The somewhat stylish clamshell is designed for music-lovers, packing music player with external controls, stereo speakers, microSD card slot (cards of up to 8GB are supported) and Bluetooth support, so you could use wireless headsets with it. In addition, the dual-band CDMA-based TwoStep also boasts a 1.3 megapixel camera, 2-inch 176×220 pixels screen, speakerphone, and a battery that provides users with up to 3 hours of talk time. Size wise, it measures 3.58×1.77×0.75 inches and has a weight of 3.60 ounces.

Once available, you will be able to grab the Samsung R470 TwoStep in Burnt Orange, Red or Purple.
