Haier Sterling – The Other Shiny and Tiny Handset

Haier Sterling - mirrored phone competes with LG Shine seriesWe’re all familiar with those shiny LG SHINE-series phones that gleam with their mirrored and metallic finishes. Haier apparently wants a piece of that shiny gadget market. Following up on their recently released Haier Elegance handset, word has it that the company’s new “Sterling” handset is set to start shipping July 7th. The super-reflective mirrored finish on the handset is absolutely gorgeous – almost putting LG’s shiny phones to shame. The mirrored surface evokes scenes of glass-smooth lakes with only the keypad interrupting the tranquil face. And, like the Elegance, the Sterling measures in at a svelte 97x40x14.5mm – but still manages to pack in a 1.3MP shooter, MP3 player, Bluetooth, WAP, and microSD slot.

You can get yours on pre-order with a $199 deposit at the HaierPower website. As usual, more action shots on the link….
