Samsung C5212 dual-SIM phone

Unlike other major handset makers, Samsung is known to have his feet deep inside the dual-SIM market. Now we spotted yet another such device being announced by the Korean company, this time aimed at the low-to-mid range market.

At just 152 EUR (about $194), the dual-band (GSM 900/1800 MHz) Samsung C5212 is probably the cheapest dual-SIM handset ever made by a respectable handset manufacturer. It’s a candybar-shaped phone, which aside from sporting two SIM card slots, also comes with a 176×220 pixels screen, Bluetooth 2.1 connectivity support, music player, FM radio, 1.3-megapixel camera, 64MB of internal memory, and a microSD card slot (memory cards of up to 8GB are supported)…

Want it? Well, Samsung thinks only certain parts of the world can have their latest dual-SIM baby. It’s Russia, some other East-European countries, as well as parts of Asia. Don’t live there – wait a bit ’till importers grab it. 😉
