blackberry-logoThe Boy Genius has come through with some specs on three upcoming BlackBerry devices. Tip of the cap yet again to BGR and his ‘ninjas’ for this one. Let the rumors and speculation begin 🙂

According to the tipster these specs and codenames are confirmed… and all three devices will fall into the 9000 series. The device that really perks my interest is the BlackBerry Magnum. You’ll note below that it is slated to have a full QWERTY, along with a large 480×360 display. Touchscreen goodness AND full QWERTY? Me thinks so! Enough chatter for now, below are the codenames and specs known so far:

BlackBerry Onyx:

  • GSM/GPRS/EDGE/UMTS device
  • GPS
  • Camera
  • Wi-Fi (no UMA support)
  • QWERTY keyboard
  • 480×360 resolution screen
  • Confirmed carriers: AT&T

BlackBerry Driftwood:

  • GSM/GPRS/EDGE/UMTS device
  • GPS
  • Camera
  • Wi-Fi with UMA
  • QWERTY keyboard

BlackBerry Magnum:

  • GSM/GPRS/EDGE/UMTS device
  • GPS
  • Camera
  • Wi-Fi (no UMA support)
  • QWERTY keyboard
  • 480×360 resolution screen
  • Confirmed carriers: AT&T

That’s a lot of BlackBerry goodness.
