Looks like T-Mobile is getting ready to drop a whole whackload of price reductions… This move no doubt to help sales with the Palm Pre and next-gen iPhone device(s) coming to us in the very near future. Most notable of the price drops (for me, at least) is on the T-Mobile G1. Price on the Android-powered device will drop to $149.99 (from $179.99) on a new activation. A $30 savings. Not bad. Still not the best deal, however.

At any rate, the price drops are rumored to come June 5th. Here’s a complete list for your reference:

  • Blackberry Curve 8900: $149.99 no Mail in rebate
  • Blackberry Curve 8320: $74.99 no Mail in Rebate
  • Blackberry 8820: $99.99 no Mail in Rebate
  • Sidekick 2008: $99.99 no Mail in Rebate
  • Sidekick LX 09: $199.99 no Mail in Rebate ($249.99 new customers, no mail in rebate)
  • T-Mobile Dash: $49.99 no Mail in Rebate
  • T-Mobile G1 on all colors: $149.99 no Mail in Rebate

Note: These pricing drops will be available for qualified upgrading customers and new activations.
