Brushes iPhone app

Brushes is probably the single most popular painting application for the iPhone and, not surprisingly, we’ve seen few artists using it for their mobile creations. They (and other Brushes users) will be glad to know that it has been recently updated with spanking new features.

The big news of the version 2.0 is the support for layers and a whole feature-set around them. You can have/use up to 4 layars, import multiple photos, adjust layer opacity, merge and/or reorder layers, and copy/paste them between paintings. Moreover, there’s the Enhanced Brush panel, ability to adjust paint opacity within the brush panel, enhanced zooming (up to 1600%), and so on.

Finally, the updated Brushes is less buggy and more stable than the previous version, hence if you already haven’t – you should update immediately.
