Motorola working on a low-end WX series?

Motorola seems to be working on a new low-end series, marked “WX.” We’re talking about very basic stuff here which includes tiny screens, GSM/GPRS (maybe EDGE?) connectivity, VGA or no camera at all, optional Bluetooth, minimal or no internal storage, and so on. That said, these will most likely hit the emerging markets of the world where potential customers will be able to grab them for around $20. For the time being, we’ve heard that the WX395 model is as basic as you can get that includes nothing but GPRS data along with a mentioned small screen. As soon as we hear something new, we’ll write about it, or not – depending on the news cycle. Stay tuned, nonetheless. 😉
