Localytics provides iPhone, Android and BlackBerry app developers with the idea how customers use their apps

Localytics - mobile analytics solution

Boston-based Localytics is offering a mobile analytics solution to give app developers real-time dashboards and the “deepest insights” into how customers use their applications. As a result, companies and individuals behind the apps can drill-down into their users’ experiences, and eventually tweak the apps and test new strategies to drive sales.

At the moment, the solution supports several platforms — including the iPhone, BlackBerry and Android — with other systems like Windows Mobile, Palm Pre and Symbian set to be supported in the near future.

The idea is to provide developers with answers to key questions such as: “Who are my most loyal customers?”, “Where should I spend my marketing dollars?”, “On which devices is my app most popular?”, “What caused the app to freeze up?”, “Which features do users like the most?”, “Where should I invest my R&D hours?”, and so on.

Sounds like a great service for app developers across platforms. You can get additional details from Localytics’ website…
