
Samsung has launched the Application Store to its domestic market. However, unlike Samsung’s European app store, this one is a part of SK Telecom’s existing app store, meaning that it works in a “shop inside a shop” manner. We’ve seen this happening in the “offline world” (Apple is especially known for this concept), and I’m wondering how will this work. As far as we (I) understood, Samsung will operate the app store independently from SK Telecom, to make things even more interesting. 😉
Among the apps that will be available from the store are Samsung’s WOW Winter Olympics app, as well as games like SimCity, Ferrari GT and Monopoly…
