Get ready to rock and roll on your Nexus One, Droid, or other Android device because Rhapsody has officially hit the Android Market.
The company has been beta testing on Android since January, and the iPhone version has been offering streaming tunes and offline access for months. You can get all-you-can-eat music for $10 a month but there’s also a seven-day free trial period. It’s available in the Android Market as we speak.
I’m a big fat cheapskate, so I still think $10 a month is too much for on-demand music, even if you have a solid catalog like Rhapsody. But, we’re getting close to my miserly price range. If we get to the $5-$7 range, then I’d probably take the plunge. Any readers using a subscription service? Which one’s the best? What’s your price point for jumping in?
