MobiComp will be showcasing version 2.0. of MobileKeeperâ„¢, the most comprehensive over the air mobile backup solution in the market, at 3GSM World Congress, the leading European mobile communications event, taking place in Barcelona, 13-16 February (Stand D98, Hall 1).
MobiComp has expanded MobileKeeperâ„¢ to include support for more mobile platforms, including the new Nokia S60 3rd Edition. Version 2.0 has also added backup support for more types of contents. MobiComp will also be previewing the MobileKeeper Suite next-generation mobile community building and sharing tools.
MobiComp will be presenting a MobileKeeperâ„¢ based solution to cure Portuguese mobile operator TMN’s five million customers “Lost Data Blues”. A case study on how operators and service providers can build an effective service for customer “disaster recovery”, content management and storage, that reinforces the customer relationship, increases customer satisfaction and retention levels, and leads to increased GPRS/UMTS traffic; increased ARPU (usage fee per event/monthly); and increased brand awareness.
