Don’t you just love the special editions? They allow you to see just how cool the existing handset could be when a pro is involved. That’s the case with NTT DoCoMo M702iS DOLCE & GABBANA, developed jointly by D&G, Motorola and DoCoMo.

The D&G-branded device is finished in Gold and its software has an original D&G standby screen, a screensaver featuring the D&G logo, plus four original ringtones selected by no one else but Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana.

It’s more than obvious that this device won’t suit everyone. With the price tag of 75,000 yen ($640), the D&G RAZR targets the wealthy Japanese customers. DoCoMo will sell it via its own online sales channels starting from 8:30 am on April 20, 2007, until May 31 at 10:30 pm, or while the supplies last. (via: FarEastGizmos)
