Nokia 3608, 8208 for CDMA revealed early

Recently we’ve spotted two Nokia devices that still wait to be officially introduced. Both 3608 and 8208 models are designed to sing along CDMA networks and seems made as part of Nokia’s plan to get a piece of the North American mobile phone market.

From what we know, the 3608 is a low-to-mid range clamshell, sporting two screens (main display is 2-inch 176×220 pixels), 1.3 megapixel camera, GPS receiver, external touch-sensitive music keys, FM radio, and a microSD memory slot.

On the other hand, the Nokia 8208 sports that dual-sliding form factor we’ve seen on the N95 and N96 smartphones. Unlike the 3608, however, the 8208 also packs a 3G radio, allowing users to access Internet services much faster via EV-DO Rev A. The dual-sliding device also boasts a 2.2″-inch QVGA screen, 3 megapixel camera, GPS, FM Radio, dedicated music keys, standard 3.5mm audio jack, and of course the microSD slot.

At this stage we’re not aware when either of the two devices will be announced nor how much they’ll cost once they hit the market…
