T-Mobile’s HTC Flyer caught at the FCC

Back in April we reported that T-Mobile will get its own version of the HTC Flyer in July. Then, few days later, we caught Wi-Fi only model at the FCC website. Now a GSM version that sings along T-Mobile’s 3G network (1700 MHz) of the device is at the FCC’s labs and from what we can tell it’s pretty much ready for the prime time.

Unfortunately we don’t have anything official from T-Mobile and can only hope the earlier rumor has some merit. In that sense, it shouldn’t take too long for the carrier and HTC to introduce the tablet to the American public.

As a reminder, the HTC Flyer is the Taiwanese company’s first Android-powered tablet that runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread rather than Honeycomb. However it also rocks HTC’s solid Sense UI on top of Google’s mobile OS, ensuring an awesome user experience. Feature wise, it comes with a 7-inch screen, Wi-Fi connectivity, great camera and a special pen, which costs an extra $80.
