MySpace for BlackBerry Coming Tonight at Midnight!

MySpace fans will be pleased with this news. Looks like RIM has let word out that they will be releasing a new MySpace app for the BlackBerry tonight… at 12:01 AM EST. If you’re a MySpace junkie, and carry a BlackBerry, this app will no doubt feed your addiction no matter where you happen to be around the globe.

After midnight (we’re gonna let it all hang out) you can pick up MySpace for BlackBerry at www.blackberry.com/myspace or m.myspace.com from your Berry’s browser. RIM is also launching a BlackBerry community page on MySpace. This can be found right here. The new ‘space’ will be used to showcase new apps, partners, accessories, news and a lot more.

I’m not a fan of MySpace. Never have been, and probably never will be. However, you have to tip your cap to RIM for making an effort to offer another consumer-focused alternative to the stale RIM website.

For more information, you can also hit up the MySpace for BlackBerry page at BlackBerry.com.
