Thanks to certification bodies we always know in advance what major companies are cooking before they officially announce new devices. Wi-Fi Alliance is one such entity, thanks to which we know about 4 upcoming devices from HTC and Samsung. Here’s what they got for us:
- HTC Fireball – apparently this bad boy has been already caught at Verizon’s system back in December. We’ve no idea what’s it all about, though.
- Samsung T999 – it may easily be the Galaxy S Blaze 4G, which was officially announced at CES is Las Vegas.
- Samsung i535 – not sure what’s it all about, except that it will most likely be a GSM-based device.
- Samsung L710 – is this an upcoming Sprint phone? Sounds like one.
Now we hope we won’t have to wait for too long to see these 4 phones officially announced (except in the case of the Samsung T999). And with Mobile World Congress just around the corner, something tells me we’ll get some answers sooner rather than later. 😉
