Bad news for existing HP Windows Mobile 5 based device owners. The company has no plans to provide Windows Mobile 6 upgrades for their current line of Windows Mobile 5.0 devices (iPAQ hw6900, iPAQ rw6800, iPAQ rx4000 and rx5000 series). The reason – “the potential for long delays, as well as possible carry-over costs.” Future HP device will normally come with Microsoft’s latest Windows Mobile version. Sounds kind a lame.
