Sprint had announced the coming soon-ness of the BlackBerry Curve 8350i a few months back. After some waiting and delay, Sprint has finally begun selling the device online. The device is rumored to be appearing in-store by some time in January 2009.

The BlackBerry 8350i supports the PTT (push-to-talk) network with the Nextel Direct Connect Service. Also packed into the device is a 2MP camera, WiFi, GPS, a microSD card slot and of course the traditional QWERTY keyboard to help you punch out those long emails.

Key Features of the Sprint BlackBerry Curve 8350i:

  • Wi-Fi® capable
  • Thin, full QWERTY keyboard design
  • Nextel Direct Connect®
  • Group Connect
  • GPS enabled
  • Slim and fashionable
  • Web, email capable
  • Built-in camera
  • Speakerphone
  • Bluetooth
  • External display
  • Memory card slot
  • Voice dialing

You can pick one up from Sprint online at $149.99 on a 2-year contract. An ‘instant savings’ of $230 and a $100 mail-in rebate is applied to the regular price of $479.99 to bring the price down to $149.99. Not a bad price-point for a solid device. Pick one up from Sprint right here.
