Follow-up: Facebook iPhone App not stable!!

Following on from a post I wrote a couple of weeks back, I thought I’d re-look at what comments had been made – and wow – quite a few by the looks of things:

Dan Ward said: I wouldn’t necessarily ask if it’s not very stable, but rather if it’s stable at all.

Jim McCabe said: Sometimes it seems to completely lose its connection to the server. After that point, you need to restart the app.

Ed said: I’ve noticed the app to hang up quite often where it becomes unresponsive and has to be restarted.

Of course, to present a balanced view, Fonz said: I am happy with the app, it doesn’t cause any more problems than any other app i use

On balance though, I think it’s fair to say that many people have noticed issues with the App, from the unreliable date-stamping of posts, through to contact/messages disappearing as you scroll through them, to the App crashing.

As I mentioned before, it’s frustrating because it’s a very popular and otherwise well thought-out App. Can we have a fix please Facebook?
