Motorola W165 is a low-end phone for emerging markets

Motorola is out with yet another low-end phone for the emerging markets. The candybar-shaped W165 won’t impress anyone with both its features and design, which is kinda too-simplistic making you think of how mobile phones looked like five years ago. On the other hand, guess that’s “good enough” for an entry-level device, or at least the American handset maker hopes so.

Specs wise the Moto W165 sports a dual-band GSM radio (900/1800 or 850/1900 MHz), 1.44-inch 128×128 pixels CSTN screen with 65K colors, 2.5mm headset jack, and a 780 mAh battery. As for the size, it measures 108x46x12.5 mm and has a weight of 77 grams.

No pricing nor availability details were provided…
