T-Mobile to run Zero Down promotion for all phones, starts September 21

T-Mobile plans to kick off this week with some exciting phone sales. The fourth largest wireless provider in the United States is holding a Zero Down promotion starting September 21, with an end date slated for the 30th. The details of the promotion is simple, all you have to do is be willing to sign a two-year contract agreement and be willing to pay off the difference in installments.

But wait, there’s a catch. In fact, there’s always a catch when it comes to promotions like this. Before you get to select the smartphone of your choice, you still have to send off the ever so popular mail-in rebate (seriously, why don’t these carrier’s just do instant rebates? It’s way simpler).

Now, if you look at the promotional image above, T-Mobile is clearly featuring the Samsung Galaxy S III. Other devices include the Blaze 4G, Galaxy S Relay 4G, One S, and the new myTouch. Magenta was even nice enough to include a BlackBerry device on the ad. The company is notorious for doing these kinds of promotions, as it tries to reel in new customers. This time around T-Mobile plan is to jump in on the “back to school” and pleasing families wave.

“Our customers continue to appreciate our ‘Magenta Deal Days’ offerings because they showcase our commitment to giving all our customers the best 4G experiences,” said Andrew Sherrard, senior vice president of marketing, T-Mobile USA. “With back to school in full swing, we’re glad to offer another great deal to keep families in touch.”

If you don’t have much money to put down for a phone, then what’s to lose? The deal may not appeal to you budget hawks out there, but it’s the perfect deal for those strapped for cash.
