Shake or Date game helps iPhone/iPod Touch users handle various dating situations

Shake or Date

Shake or Date is relatively new iPhone app that guides you through various dating scenarios to help you make decisions based on what’s important to someone you’re interested in, based on that person’s experience(s) on dates. As a player, you have the power to “shake” or “date” someone. It can be played as a party game (think of it as a high-tech replacement of the good ol’ bottle), but also on your own, if you want to play it as a dating simulation.

To play the game, a group should gather around an iPod Touch or iPhone, read a dating scenario and see what other players do when faced with some dating situations. The person holding the device can moderate the game.

What’s interesting about Shake or Date is that it’s based on true dating stories collected from dozens of individuals, both men and women, from around the world…

Sounds like fun, though I’m not sure it’s worth 5 bucks ($4.99). A short video demoing Shake or Date follows after the jump.
