One of my ‘ninjas’ let me know about this one. The folks at Appliya have developed a virtual ‘Katana’ app for the iPhone and iPod Touch. The app is ultra-simple and provides all of the sword-wielding noises and pleasures you’d expect. Much like its cousin Lightsaber Unleashed, this one is guaranteed to amuse you while annoying others… all at the same time.
Katana is available for 30% off until February 28th. The discount lets you purchase for $1.99. Honestly, I was hoping this was a free app, or at the very least a $0.99 cent-er. Still, if you’ve got to add the Katana to your arsenal of iPhone weapons, go ahead and pick it up. It’s guaranteed to amuse and annoy for years to come.
