If you (a) live in the UK, (b) watch TV, and (c) remember adverts, then you might well have seen the new Orange Wednesdays adverts – yep? – well they apparently cost £7m!
Orange Wednesdays are a 2-for-1 cinema tickets offer (only on, shockingly, Wednesdays!) for Orange subs in the UK – and something that has been running a number of years now.
These new adverts are very deadpan, and involve a witch making friends with a normal girl. The only problem I can see is that the previous series of Ads were hysterically funny, and will invariably be compared with them

Apparently the Operator has also done a 2-for-1 deal with Pizza Express for the next 6 months – which could end up turning in to a pretty good entertainment deal overall.
