Two free UIQ 3 applications

jZipMalcolm Bryant of FreEPOC has recently released two very useful applications for UIQ 3 devices – jZip and jText.

jZip (current version is 2.01) is an easy to use zip and unzip utility for the users of Sony Ericsson’s latest smartphones (P990/M600/W950). jZip is also available for other platforms including EPOC (Psion), UIQ 2 and old Nokia Communicator 92xx platform.

jText (current version is 1.05) is a simple UIQ 3 text editor with Unicode support and an ability to password-protect files. UIQ 2 version is also available.
