Verizon BlackBerry Tour to be Joined by Wi-Fi-Toting Atlas?

We’re waiting on the BlackBerry Tour 9630 to be coming to Verizon any day now, but apparently it’ll have some company. A BlackBerry codenamed Atlas will be bringing Wi-Fi into the mix (since the Tour doesn’t have it), and supposedly every BlackBerry on Verizon after the two will have Wi-Fi included. Sure, the GSM carriers have been rocking Wi-Fi BlackBerrys for awhile now, but the CDMA side always gets the short end of the stick. Also, the Pearl Flip will be launching imminently in the white paint job we’ve seen before.

An interesting sidenote from the tipster answers one of our questions during the podcast: it turns out the Storm 2 will not be using SurePress, but rather the good ol’ capacitive touchscreen we’re all used to. Something called “TruePress” might feature another form of haptic feedback, but we’ll see. That will definitely be making a few people happy.
