Documents To Go for iPhone

Mobile office suite, Documents To Go, for iPhone/iPod Touch has been updated recently. Version 1.1 packs several important upgrades, including:

  • Cut/Copy/Paste now lives due to iPhone OS 3.0.
  • Pinch zoom in Word files. As a result, the zoom toolbar is removed.
  • Full screen view in Word – you can hide the title bar and toolbar to get more screen real estate.
  • Sending files via email is added. That’s in non-Microsoft Exchange Attachment version, only.
  • Viewing iWork 09 files – using built-in iPhone OS viewers.
  • Updated desktop sync software

In a nutshell, you MUST update, and if you’re an existing user, you’ve probably already did. On the other hand, if you’re new to Documents To Go, now may be the right time to try it out. It waits you at the AppStore for $4.99, and the “with Exchange” version costs $9.99.
