Android Boots Up on HTC Kaiser

It’s not a new trick, but it is one that never gets old. This HTC Kaiser, perhaps better known as the AT&T Tilt, is shown here loading up Google’s mobile operating system, Android, thanks to some fancy codework in an app called HaRET, that apparently runs in Windows Mobile 6.5 (no ROM flashing required). Man, it looks weird navigating Android with a Stylus, though – very Twilight Zone. It’s not the most seamless switch, considering the camera still doesn’t work, but it’s still a solid proof of concept. For more info on getting Android shoehorned into the Kaiser and other HTC handsets, you can find instructions over here.
