Dazzboard 2.0 lets Android users manage their apps and media files from the cloud

Dazzboard

Although we haven’t covered “social media webtop” Dazzboard when it was initially released, it’s time to give some space to Dazzboard 2.0, as it promises to be a game changer. Basically it’s a cloud-based app and media files manager for Android smartphones that at the same time perfectly sings along iTunes.

Here are the key features:

  • Android application manager – you can browse, install and uninstall apps.
  • iTunes content connectivity – ability to access your iTunes library with non-Mac portable devices.
  • OpenID compatibility – access Dazzboard with a Google, AOL, Yahoo or MySpace account.
  • Enhanced media management – including cloud storage and social media networks (browse your media on the social web as if it was on your PC).
  • Ability to “Dazz” content from around the web and add it to your Internet media bookmarks.

As I said in the beginning of this post, Dazzboard 2.0 is a cloud-based service, but it also comes with a desktop client, which at the moment is available for Windows PCs, only. You can check it out from here. And if you own an Android-powered smartphone, make sure to do so – it’s a promising service, which I personally could use on a daily basis (as soon as my Android handset arrives). 😉
