The somewhat schizo Sony Ericsson M610i has finally been spotted in the flesh – putting an end to the “is it the Lizy or is it the Elena?” debate. We know most people out there don’t put much importance in an upcoming device’s codename, but chances are, if you’re reading this, you are at least somewhat interested in the M610i’s internal codename. So, we’ll stop stringing you along and just tell you – the recently FCC-approved Sony Ericsson M610i will henceforth be known as the “Lizy.” We can also tell you that we are not expecting the Lizy to sport a camera, but it will be a 3G handset. The tri-band GSM (900/1800/1900Mhz) phone will pack Bluetooth and WiFi under that large touchscreen.

The design is fairly minimalistic and straightforward (almost crossing into the land of bland),  giving the Lizy a business-appeal. And, the rocker keypad and 3G UMTS radio is another plus in our book. Still, a camera would have given the Lizy a couple brownie-points with us.
