As the price wars continue, prepaid mobile operator Page Plus Cellular announced that its U.S. roaming rate will be lowered from $0.59 to $0.29 per minute.
The news comes on the heels of the last price cutting initiative the carrier announced. However, they also pointed out that their network covers pretty much the whole of U.S., so users shouldn’t expect to be using other operators that often.
Commenting on the announcement, Page Plus’ Yassine Yassine said: “We are continuing to make changes that offer more value to our customers. People want to save money wherever they can, and every little bit helps. Our standard prepaid mobile plans and monthly bundle plans of voice, text messaging and data offer an extremely affordable alternative to traditional postpaid cell phone plans.”
