When it comes to customer satisfaction, Apple dominates and RIM struggles. The 2012 ACSI report was the first time Apple, RIM, HTC, and LG were included in the cell phone manufacturer satisfaction category, making for an interesting inaugural cellular satisfaction report. The 2012 report shows that Apple has amassed a staggering 83% customer satisfaction ranking, becoming the first cellular company to break the 80% mark. RadioShack knocks $50 off the price of the iPhone 4S

In a me-too move, RadioShack has announced that they too will be offering a $50 discount on the iPhone. Yesterday, RadioShack started selling the iPhone 4 (8GB) for $49, and the iPhone 4S for $149 (16GB), $249 (32GB), and $349 (64GB). Deutsche Telekom wants T-Mobile USA to merge with MetroPCS

Deutsche Telekom, who owns T-Mobile USA, doesn’t want to do business in America anymore, but they can’t take their company behind the barn and but a bullet in its head.
