AT&T is finally rolling out update for its Nokia Lumia 900, bringing Windows Phone 8 to the Finnish company’s previous flagship smartphone. AT&T Cuts Price of HTC First; Wouldn’t be Facebook’s First Flop
The HTC First has received a price drop from AT&T today, making the device available for $0.99 with a new two-year contract, or $350 off- contract. The handset was previously $99 with a two-year contract and $450 off contract. Although official sales figures for the device have not been revealed, a price drop this significant after only a month of release seems a bit troubling for the Facebook centric smartphone. AT&T rolls out LTE in a handful of new markets
Verizon, AT&T, Sprint and now T-Mobile are in the great LTE race of 2013, with the victor laying claim to the best 4G LTE network in the nation. Staples Announces Availability of Samsung Galaxy S4
Staples today has announced details regarding the availability of the Samsung Galaxy S4 in its retail stores. The retailer will offer the Galaxy S4 on a variety of carriers, including AT&T, Sprint, Verizon and T-Mobile. Staples is offering the device for $199.99 with a two-year contract, with availability depending on the carrier. We don’t get to see Android smartphones with physical QWERTY keyboards that often. In fact, I can’t recall the last time such product was launched… That could change soon with the NEC Terrain, which could soon hit AT&T’s portfolio. AT&T To Offer New “All In One” Prepaid Plans In June?
According to Fierce Wireless, AT&T will be revamping its prepaid services by launching a new prepaid brand called “All In One.” Sources suggest that AT&T will be offering unlimited voice, text and data service starting at $35 a month for feature phones, and $50 per month for smartphones. Although details on data allotment for the feature phone plan is not known, the smartphone plan will include 2 GB of HSPA data in the unlimited $50 plan, and may provide a plan with 5GB of data for $70 per month.
